WaveCrest has developed HawkEye entirely in-house from idea to technical execution. HawkEye is a web crawler that monitors retailers’ websites to identify improvement potential across the various dimensions influencing the customer’s purchase decision throughout the customer journey.

Based on the outcomes of HawkEye web crawling, the OBH Nordica e-com team has done a great job acting on the insights provided. All relevant KPIs have shown remarkable improvement over time. For example, in 2024 avg product availability increased by 15%, avg number of reviews increased by 45%, avg number of product images increased by 14%, and the share of products with a video increased by 32%.
